Does the word ‘resolutions’ bring you joy or make you cringe? It’s this time of year that we all start to reflect (intentional or not). Personally, I like to change up the verbiage and focus more on implementing healthy rhythms for the upcoming year. A dear mentor of mine encourages me to do this and it’s one of my favorite practices. It’s not about unnecessary pressure or unrealistic expectations. It’s more about examining your priorities and taking one small step in that direction.

KNOWN: The enticing theme of our upcoming 2024 Wheat & Honey retreat. I decided to get a little curious and explore the varying definitions of this word. We are created with an innate desire to be deeply known by God and our people.
